Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp finely minced ginger
- a pinch of salt
- 3/4 lbs of salmon
Directions
- Melt brown sugar, honey, and butter together. Remove from heat and add dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger and salt.
- Place the salmon fillet, skin side down on aluminum foil and spread glaze atop fillet.
- Broil or barbecue for approximately 12 to 15 minutes (according to thickness).
